Either you will work with the police or you could rent yourself out privately to help find and identify misssing people. or you can work with insurance companies identifying people to make sure that people are not faking thier deaths

The fact is, tv shows are no basis whatsoever on jobs they emulate. That said, a forensic anthropologist is one of the (if not the) hardest degrees to get. You would need 3 phds.(doctoral degree); one PHd in anthropology, on in biology (a medical doctor), and one in forensic science or forensics-- there are literally just a few hundred forensic anthropologists in the world. Again, it is incredibly difficult to achieve and impossible to be a 30 something and have that title. Maybe if you studied your whole life you could become one by 50 something.
