1. Give Paul heyman total control over ECW and run it as a seperate entity from Raw and Smackdown. Whatever Heyman asks for give it t him.

2. Give the Women's division more exposure and use the talent you have correctly not just for T&A. You have great women wrestlers like Trinity, Ariel, and Victoria just wasting away. Stop focussing on Melina she is worthless.

3. Give the tag team division a chance. Keep the good teams together and dont give the tag belts to two singles main eventers is Dx and Rated RKO

1. Bring back Heyman and give him a generous checkbook for ECW. I would get the Dudleys, Rhyno, and Raven from TNA and re-establish the cornerstone of the true hardcore style of ECW. I would also exile the current Matt Stryker's and Rene Dupree's of the world. I would calm down the Kelly Kelly exposes and bring back the 'catfights' of old.

2. Money is made with groups in wrestling, period. Examples are Four Horsemen, Evolution, etc... In addition, and my idea... DX-strengthen them. Who heard of B.G. James and Billy Gunn, really, before the formation of the New Age Outlaws? I would take 2 young talents and add them with HBK and HHH. I think C.M Punk would be an excellent addition to DX. Also, with the group thing; bring back the nWo to combat DX. The names may not be there but you could change storylines real fast to go with the rebellious nature that the nWo stood for. Also, Waltman can come back after WSX and Hogan could come in for a few paychecks and it would work.

3. I would create another belt, sort of, a TV champion like there was in the NWA/early WCW in the mid eighties to early 90's. This champion would not be grouped in one stable like Raw or SD. He would challenge all takers and compete on all three shows. This would mix it up a little and have the transition from brand to brand that we fans are looking for...
