Remarks about the two Cinderella answers:

If the stepsisters of Cinderella aren't daughters of Cinderella's father... that means that Lady Tremaine was married before... with an ugly man. And that would answer the question.

That's a lot of questions. I can answer the ones about Peter Pan though. Captain Hook, originally the Black Stache, was just about to grasp hold of the trunk containing starstuff when Peter jumped and knocked it into the ocean. There are only boys becuase they came from an all boys orphanage before he boarded the Never Land and got lost on the island. There are mermaids because fish were mutated by the starstuff and Ursula and Morganna were probably the only two octopi mutated by starstuff. Shan-Yu has yellow eyes for dramatic effect and to show that he's evil. Malificent's henchmen are stupid so that the younger audience laughs and doesn't think about how creepy she is. On the Sleeping Beauty DVD it explains what she is. She was based on a raven originally but can transform into a dragon. Gaston was a fierce hunter that wanted to slay the Beast. The Queen of Hearts is all part of Alice's imagination and in one of the books, the cards are floating down like leaves. Anita and Cruella de Vil worked together in the fur industry. I'm sorry I couldn't answer more questions. Good luck finding the rest.

I can answer the Cinderella question. Lady Tremain was Cinderella's wicked Stepmother. Lady Tremain's daughters are Cinderella's stepsisters. That's why they're ugly. Also Disney used the formula 'ugly=wicked' and 'good=beautiful'
