I can recommend some free software that should solve your problems.

The first program, Free Internet Window Washer, erases all traces of whatever websites you've visited. Just clearing the history and deleting the system cookie files (as the previous people said to do) isn't nearly enough. There are still tracks in your system that will show where you've been, and this program will eliminate them.

The second program, Simple File Shredder, can completely eliminate any file you choose from your computer. Just doing a normal Delete and then emptying the trashcan on your desktop isn't nearly good enough. Any files you get rid of that way are still on your hard drive, but they are just hidden from the system. They can still be recovered by somebody with the right software. This program completely wipes the files away, permanently.

Use the links below to go to the website where you can download these programs. Be sure to read the instructions thoroughly, and be very careful when you are choosing what to eliminate. Don't delete anything you aren't sure about, because when it's gone....it's GONE.

Go to tools on your browser window, then go to clear history. Then go to your search and look up "cookies". go inside the folder and delete all the sites.
