First of all, teachers have been hired by school districts to teach students and students are there to learn - therefore - (I assume you are referring to a girl) should cover as much as of her body as possible. Teachers do NOT appreciate distractions and I'm sure each school has their own 'dress code'.

depending where you live and how the weather is and how you feel, of course!
this 14 year old is going to wear light jeans with a black tank and a black and white polk-doted half-shirt and chunky beads with polka-dot earings.
-the dotz are "in" here.. lol

something cute!!
when i was 14, i always wanted to look my best. i always wore heels to school and like cute things.
maybe some leggings and a skirt
or some skinny jeans and some cute boots
it really doesnt matter what you wear for the top because
it's going to be cold so, keep warm but always look cute

whatever they want! you are you and your clothes should say that!!! If other people dont like it then thats their problem not yours and if all they ever do with their time is talk about what people look like then you know that their thoughts don't matter at all!!!

It’s a matter of uniting everyone: high class, low class and middleclass---thus creating a better learning environment for them.
