Well, I have two that were the most addicting. The second one is Maplestory. Sure the graphics are 2-D, but it is not like any regular 2-D game. The game is excellent and has great numbers of quests and monsters. Right now I am currently at lvl 95, if you wish to see my character, go to mapleglobal.com and go to rankings and search up ddrreturns and thats me ~_^. And the game I am still addicted to right now, is dance dance revolution. I own every single DDR game so far. It is just the great techno songs that keep it upbeat. Once you play it, you may look foolish, but trust me. Once you improve, you will definetly be addicted to this game. (been playing for 6 years)

Halo 2.

I've been playing it ever since launch about 2 and a half years ago or so. The single player was exciting and the graphics were good (great) for the time. The main attraction was the online play. It provided competitive and fun gameplay for hours of non-stop multiplayer action. Also, you can make money by playing it as a professional so that was an incentive. I still play the game today and will continue to until Halo 3 is released.

I have two answers to this question.
1) Guitar Hero (1 or 2)
2) EVE online

someday I am certain the most perfect game will be made from these two titles and you will be able to blow up space ships while cranking out songs like "Madhouse". Until then I'll just play these games over and over and over again.

I hope this helps.

For me... Hm. Its a tough call. I know that Diablo 2 and Guild Wars is up there. Diablo 2 just because of the sheer amount of items and builds you can make. Guild Wars for its depth and also all the builds you could make. Mainly I look for customization. Whichever lets you control more is the addictive one.

Diablo II. I have spent more time on that than any other game I've ever played. World of Warcraft is a close second, but it was never as manic and fast paced as D2.
