Do you ever talk to yourself out loud?
Is this the first signs of madness or some sort of schizoid dementia?

No. Loads of people do it! I talk out loud to myself in the car all the time; I laugh too. It's a way of letting off steam, I think, a way of resolving something at times too. All my kids aregrown up now, but they all talk to themselves too; I can hear my 15 yr old singing and having whole animated converstaions with himself in the shower!
I think it's very healthy!

yeah i laugh to myself all the time! not just when im alone in private either, i can be walking down the street or sat on the bus on my own and have a giggle to myself if something tickles me!

rarely talk to myself but sometimes i do. its not so much "hi how are you" that i'm saying, sometimes if i have something important i need to say i'll say it out loud to myself first to hear what it sounds like.

i don't think it's madness, i think its pretty normal actually. i think its when you have voices talking back to you that you need to start worrying!

When I'm alone, how do I really know I'm alone and if I laugh out loud am I really hearing it and if I'm thinking how do I really know they are my thoughts? What does it mean to be truly alone? Who can really claim there thoughts are there own? There is nothing new, the earth is the perfect recycling machine.

There's nothing wrong with laughing at something you thought or talking when you're alone why just the other day while I was disembowling a stray cat, I laughed at a joke about the kitty's intestines.

I have done this so many times .once during my dinner i though of something crazy i did and started laughing out so loud and continuously that tears started coming out of my eyes.my parents were like, what the hell is wrong with him.there are many occasions where i just sit down and think about the things i have done and laugh to myself.it feels good when we can laugh at our own gimmicks.

I always laugh out loud. I think I am funny. I often talk to myself to, if i am scared and especially when I am driving. I am a typical female driver.

I don't think I am mad, therefore I am not.

Yea sometimes I even do when I'm walking or next to people. It's annoying but it's the cost for being the funniest person in the world
