im a mother of 2 and thers weird footprints in my yard.its 2 ovals sise by side with 2 little circles under it

i would take a picture and post it on the blog... probably some1 will recognize it, if it is an animal.... think also that someone might be trying to scare you, or some teenager trying to "have fun" (you know:S). so unless it gets worse and you see those footprints inside your house, or more or them (in quantity), i wouldnt worry about it. if it does get worse.. i'd suggest you to call the police, and at least make the claim so they know.
in any case, be aware of the things and people around you.. but don't get too stressed.. sometimes the psychological thoughts make the situations look worse than what they are.

Squirrels leave interesting tracks. As they bound along, their larger hind feet land ahead of their smaller front feet. It looks like the front feet are side by side. Rabbit tracks look a little different. The hind feet still land ahead of the front feet, but the front feet are not found right next to each other. Since they don't come out often in the winter this maybe why you haven't seen these tracks b4.

A deer is probably what it is but i could be wrong.if you really want to now what it is be more alert and try to spot in your yard or you could set up a camera with night vision.You could also hire a personnel person who knows about animals. and by the way you don't have to be scared the animal will not attack in less it fells violated.

Call the humane society (or dog catcher) and see if they will come look at them and tell them you are concerned because you have children, they should go ahead and do that for you, if they don't take pictures and take them to the nearest zoo or vet.
