I have to choose : Mr. Ozzy Osbourne, he is still the one of the father and the greatest artist in metal music.
Even i know James h is also an amazing man in metal music.

Besides Ozzy has said in an interview he hates the term heavy metal he classifies himself as a rock musician.

Ozzy, but along with Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward (i.e. Black Sabbath) because they were the first true heavy metal band.
