Lacy, it gives you hints and peeks with out looking overly trashy in my opinion. It also looks classy and lacy like (lace is the epitome of lady like grace in clothing, just look at fashion through out history) In my opinion you can't get anymore sexy in lace!

Some stores have a combination of both, Satin on the bottom of the cup and lace at the tope. If price doesnt matter than go for it.
