Of course you can. There isn't a rule that says you can't wear skirts if you weight more then ___ lbs. I would avoid the really short skirts, but then I don't think anything other then a stick can wear those. A nice knee length skirt, slightly fitted through the hips with a flare out at the knee (like a trumpet skirt) It will balance you out great. Great heels will elongate your legs, and you don't even need super high ones either. The right top finishes the outfit. Avoid clingy materials like satin or sateen, a good tweed or woven fabric would look great. Also avoid pencil skirts. A-line and trumpet cut skirts flatter any body type. hope that helps!

Sometimes you have to. When I was a bit over weight I looked better in those knee length skirts, which are ment to make everyone look good.. Everyone has a different body type, it is finding the type of skirt that hugs those curves the right way. Don't get discourged when you have to try on maybe 10 or more to get the right fit. (I've done the same)

Yes ofcourse, as long as they do not have a very high/low waist. If you are fat at the belly region than dont try to hide it by wearing very loose skirts, try to wear gypsy skirts with a medim puff. If you are uncomfortable generally with your curves than put on (medium) not very tight shirt maybe few inches below your waist.

ok sweetie, heres the thing. it all depends on your confidence level. if you can go out and wear a skirt with you head held high, go for it. right on. but if you are a little bit self-concious abot it and you think that one person saying something will just tottally break you down, dont. i hope if you want to wear one, they you do! beacuse you shuold never people bring you down or tell you that its wrong to wear a skirt. wear whatever you want. ;)

depends how much over weight you are. if you are only a little you can wear skirts if you feel comfortable in it. but if you are obese i would not wear a skirt (unless it is longer), it is just not pretty.

Nothing shorter than to the knee length.
I've seen fat females wearing mini skirts and they are so gross looking. I, for one, do not feel I should have to look at someone's rolls of fat in public.
