No! YOU don't need the suggestions, but McDonald's DO!

Service is rubbish, food not much better, attitude of staff commensurate with pay rates - low!

Improve it or lose business!

customer service and customer satisfaction are two different things...you can have excellent service but customers are not happy..it is possible to measure satisfaction...by thinking what would l like....and then choosing a way of measuring against a target....the difference between the two is where improvement could lie...so for instance....speed of service...is the food hot ect....also it is important to listen very carefully to complaints...paise is great but its the complaining customer who will take a hike, you could cause code complaints...to see if there are trends branch wise or in the business as a whole....any help..you could actually try to categorise the issues raised here..see if there is a pattern..people describe similar things in different ways...cause coding standardises the input.

more comfortable seats!! we did a study on McDs in sociology at uni. Apparently the seats are uncomfy to make customers leave asap.It would be better if we could be comfortable whilst eating in. Also a little less conveyor belt service- ie preprepared food dumped into a bag and then the next customer called.hope that helps!

Pay your staff a decent wage, sell wholesome products, stop destroying the rain forest, clean the floors, change the ridiculous uniforms, hire a chief exec that is less interested in profit..etc etc

ok, in the UK the service standards are completely out the window, most staff make you feel like they are doing you a massive favour and you're taking up their valuable time!

how about more smiles, more greetings, more using their own iniative ie: if they see mothers struggling with kids, they should take it upon themselves to go help, bring out colouring books etc..

just be nice to everyone!

Giving you sensible portions - I ordered a chicken salad and got a HUGE bowlful of lettuce leaves, totally unnecessary to provide so much. I haven't been back to order this meal again!

Well in Wolverhampton the manager uses the disabled parking for his own car. Stopping that would be a start.

you can be friendlier and not take to long making the food so that your customer will not be very impatient. Also you could put care in your food and not put it all sloppy.

pay your staff a decent wage and give them uniforms that don't make them look like idiots, maybe then they'll feel a little pride in representing macdonalds. when you choose new uniforms, CONSULT THE STAFF AT GROUND LEVEL.
