print (text) size?

I've got a letter to type and print, I know how to make Company name appear (bold) but the letter when printed is very small text.
How do you enlarge the text?

Im using wordpad, and it's A4 portrait.

Highlight and on the menu bar will be something like

AA Normal - Times New Roman – 12

Change the 12 to something bigger

What program did you use to create the letter?
