If you were President of United States... what would you do 1st? Why?

Well, First I would make a plan to bring our troops home from Iraq. That would consist of having Elections, establishing their government and putting them in order of affairs.
Second I would put a limit on government spending on propaganda and commercialization, that extra money from the war and and govt spending will be put into a special fund. This fund will be supported by a new agency, like the Red Cross is for disaster, this group will be solely incharge of the homeless, and poverty level people. They will help them get back on the feet. Not like welfare. This will be a 5 yr plan, and if it works, can then be established into a full govt program.
I would also like to have the "no child left behind act" completely redone. I think that for a fee, parents should be allowed to have their child go to any public school within their own county, if they feel that it will help the childs education. The child must enroll for at least 3 yrs, and is contracted that the amount of those 3 yrs is due to the school regardless if the child moves, or changes to a different school. This money will then be put into a fund that will supply healthcare for free or low cost to children registered at the school of low income families. The child must have their own transportation as well.
I would propose that the way taxes are done, completely from national to city, be completly reevaluated and a new form established. This should take into consideration that people who make a large amount of money shall be taxes reasonably and so will the low income. This is too end the too high tax of the poor and the too low tax on the rich.
I would like to also change trade laws. I believe that the US should no longer be able to ship jobs abroad for cheaper wages without penalties, fines, and jail time. This is rediculous! We will never bring our country back to its economic self till we stop all this shipping jobs overseas!!! If there should be a tax to do so, if that would work better then that shall be looked at. We can't make it too easy to ship out jobs... it is just not American. We could use the tax money to give aid to legal immigrants and help them establish themselves as Americans. If you want to ship the jobs abroad, then you will pay for the out of work workers left here!!!

Clean House! Surround Myself with A Cabinet that will Represent America: With Good Family Values, Educated, Politically Knowledgeable, Military Knowledgeable and Economically Knowledgeable.
Then we can take care of our Domestic issues such a Health care for All, Affordable care for our Seniors, Affordable Housing, Education, and Food.

Increase speed limits. Then pretty much stop all overseas meddling. Overturn the smoking ban in New York. Tell Tony Blair he's a right gaylord and can f*ck off. That would do for the first day.

Than tell them do what it takes to secure this country.
If any human rights people get in the way tell them to treat them like anything else that gets in the way of getting your mission done.

Remind the Middle East that we are the only country in history to use nuclear weapons on another country in wartime, offer them a close-up and personal demonstration of the various types available for use at their leisure, and remind them that I don't need a back-up or a fail-safe if I push that "button".
