First of all, I just want tomake some corrections: the world series is for baseball not basketball.
But if you mean in basketball, they have the chance to be the NBA champion because of their sharp shooter Dirk Mowitzki.

I wouldnt put my money on the Mavs winning the World Series just for the fact that I dont think Dirk would be a very good pitcher. Just for your information they play the World Series for baseball. The Mavericks are basketball team.

Humm I think you mean the world championship, if your talking about the NBA Dallas Mavericks lol, YES they can and YES they will. After imploding last year, all the players learned a lesson! PLAY THE WHOLE GAME! They now know the way and Dirk wont shrivle this time Mavs win the NBA Crown In 5!

What do you mean. World Series is baseball and the Mavericks did not win that. Basketball is the NBA champions. Not world series.

First of all the Mavericks play Basketball not baseball so unless they change sports then no. How ever they have an okay shot at the NBA championship.

There might be some confusion. The world series is for baseball. So I definitely dont see them winning that but the NBA Finals I see them winning.
