The boiling point of H20 will rise with the addition of viable frog tissue. Rapidly, the frog tissue would become non-viable due to heat exchange, and the temperature of the water would rise again to boiling point. The frog tissue would become unalterably solidified, and, in France, enjoyed with a light Chablis. The karma of the experimenter would become unalterably changed, dooming the experimenter to be reborn as a frog in the next life, or to become a politician in the current life.

It dies, of course, and if you get caught doing that in New York, you'll go to jail for animal cruelty! InTexas, though, if you stuff firecrackers up their behinds and blow 'em apart, you can become Governor like George Bush did! And yes, he did exactly that with frogs - he has ADMITTED it! Aren't you proud to have such a man as President???

Frog legs coming soon..... (or it will try to jump out.)
If you put a frog in room temp water and slowly heat it up to boiling, the frog will be too stupid to jump out and become dinner.
