I have dirty blonde hair and bluish greenish big eyes. How can I make my make-up look like it is professional?? Will you give me some tips??

well neutral skin tone colors are always a good idea they are pretyt easy and make u look fresh and naturally pretty.....also a smokey eyes is god for a more dramatic look, like for going out at night.....i dont suggest many bright colors, i think they look like play makeup for little kids, so try to avoid those.

for your eyes wear mascara and eyeliner,if you wear eyeshadow stick to light shades of green or blue,it will bring out your eyes and not make it seem like you have alot of makeup in that area.

my friend has bluish greeish eyes and dirty blonde hair and she looks really good in black eyeliner and pink eye shadow with black masscara and really dark black eyeliner it will look really good!!!!!
