Does the wife know about the girlfriend?
Maybe you don't tell her that in so many words, just give her a little more directions on what makes you feel good. After a while you may not need the girlfriend any more.

if you indeed have this issue.. the best advise i can give you is what an old man once told me..never ever under any circumstances tell your mate anything or admit to anything even if they catch you in bed..you might be tempted but you are headed for trouble unless you and your wife are into threesomes or open relationships in that case i wouldn't tell her ,its just going to make her feel insecure..
