New Orleans-still needs rebuilding (9th Ward): THE STORY SEEMS TO BE THAT THE MAYOR SUCKS. MAYBE TRUE, MAYBE NOT. BUT ANYWAY, THAT'S WHAT IT SEEMS LIKE IN THE PRESS. IF THE MAYOR CAN'T DO THE JOB, THEN A NEW MAYOR IS NEEDED.
The Iraq War--Its cost in lives(injured and lost): THIS SUCKS. WILL LEAVE A LOT OF HATRED OF AMERICA AMONG MID-EASTERNERS. THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS WAR MAY CONTINUE FOR A WHILE. THE COST ALSO SUCKS. THIS AND OTHER GENERATIONS WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT WHETHER THEY LIKE IT OR NOT.
The Immigration Issue and Border/Port Security: THE BORDER NEEDS TO BE SEALED. AMERICANS ARE VERY KIND PEOPLE BUT THEY NEED TO KNOW ONE THING: WHEN YOU ARE TOO KIND, POOR PEOPLE WILL TAKE AND TAKE AND TAKE FROM YOU. SO, AS AMERICA CONTINUES TO GIVE, GIVE, GIVE, IT SHOULD ALSO MAKE SURE THAT IT DOES NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF IT. IT'S LIKE THE KID IN THE PLAYGROUND WITH ALL THE NICE CANDY. OTHER KIDS WILL EAT IT ALL IF THERE IS NO CONTROL.

IF POLITICIANS ARE EXPORTING JOBS TO THE DETRIMENT OF AMERICANS, THEN THEY ARE JUST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE -- JUST LIKE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE. BUT THE ILLEGALS ARE BETTER BECAUSE AT LEAST THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING FOR THE ECONOMY.
The National Healthcare Agenda: AGAIN, ANOTHER POLITICAL ISSUE HERE. I THINK A GREAT LEADER WAKES UP THINKING ABOUT THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE S/HE SERVES AND GOES TO SLEEP THINKING ABOUT THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE S/HE SERVES. THIS IS PROBABLY LACKING IN WASHINGTON AND THAT'S WHY HEALTHCARE IS A PROBLEM. IF THERE IS NO MONEY, A LOT CAN BE SAVED JUST BY RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT MORE EFFICIENTLY. BUT I DON'T SEE THOSE TYPES OF INITIATIVES. IT'S JUST LOBBYING, LOBBYING, LOBBYING.

Lastly, something scary: Geo-Jihad: MUSLIMS NEED TO BE LEFT IN PEACE. THEY DON'T RESPOND WELL TOP AGGITATION. WE MUST ALL KEEP THAT IN MIND. IN ADDITION, WE MUST ALL WORK THROUGH THE UN SO THAT IF THEY GET CRAZY AND START MAKING WMDS, THEN THEY CAN BE STOPPED BY THE UN. THAT WAY, IT MAKES IT HARD FOR THEM TO FIGHT BACK BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO FIGHT EVERYONR IN THE WORLD AND THEY CAN'T. WORLDWIDE JIHADS DON'T WORK CAUSE EVEN THE VIOLENT MUSLIM MENTALITY (WHEN IT ARISES) IS JUST WAY, WAY, WAY TOO WEAK TO STAND AGAINST THE WORLD.

as long as the liberals are in power...down....tax and spend hasnt worked since the sixties and wont work now. but since youve offered specifics let me address them one by one.
new orleans is started but will take years. the problem is with the tax and spend ms. pelosi wants to put in place, additional appropriations will definitely be iffy at best.
the iraq war wont be solved with the cut and run strategy being offered up by the pelosi/reid regime. Robert Gates, secy of defense, said it best. Cut and run emboldens the enemy and they will follow us here. This is clearly about al qaeda and the best chance of solving this is diplomacy. Condi RIce seems up to the job, but the quesiton is, will the power hungry liberals get out of the way and allow us to solve it without jeapordizing us domestically...thats a BIG..if.
In the immigration issue, i think the liberals could only make it worse. Heres an interesting thought...try to see how far you get by petitioning Vincente Fox of Mexico for the rights as an illegal american that illegal aliens want here. Fat chance. we have an immigration system as most other countries do for a reason..protection. when its violated we can be a pansy and expect things to work right. Theres alot more changes that need to be made and liberal thinking and english not as a national langauge certainly wont help.
The extinction of the manufacturing sector has to do primarily with union negotiating and good ole tax and spend. taxes dont help an economy..they HURT it. Ms. Pelosi will learn quickly as the left wingers learned in the reagan era that unfunded mandates, or tax and spend stifles business and outsourcing will continue becuase of it..the question here is will the electorate wake up by 2008...one can only hope.
National Health Care...:???? lmfao...are you referring to the mess that Ms. Clinton promoted trying to nationalize it ...lmfao. No, the real solution is coming from the conservatives. The best idea ive seen in years was the private investment account. Your ability to put pre tax dollars into your own health insurance to cover unexpected costs on a yearly basis. Brilliant idea and it works. If you want to see why nationalizing it doesnt look to the north in Canada. One heckuva mess, and creating a black market for quality care too ...it isnt good.
It isnt a mateter of trade agendas...its a matter of lassiez fare and less imports. Think your going to get that out of the Pelosi...ites...fat chance pal.
