My mother is 51 years old and is going through Peri Menopause and she often has hot flushes and nausea which last all day or all night long.
Does any one else have this problem?
How have you dealt with it?
Any advice would be appreciated, thankyou

Pro-Gest by Emerita is a natural progesterone cream that will balance the hormones and prevent hot flashes. It's a natural and very safe product that you apply to a fatty area of the skin for 21 days each month. When you first begin this treatment it will gradually relieve the hot flashes , in about 2-3 months the hot flashes will be gone! You can purchase this online or at any whole foods market. It cost about twenty-six dollars but is worth every penny. I understand exactly what your mother is going through, this is the solution! Look it up on line also to get a ton of information. Good Luck to your mother!

I am 32 now and I get hot flashes. Trust me, the best thing you can do is don't get in her way and keep an oscilating fan near her at all times. Try to keep an extra pillow for her because she might wake up in the middle of the night with a sweat soaked pillow. Try to be understanding as she might be prone to some mood swings. Go with the flow on this. Don't know if she is doing Hormonal Replacement Therapy, but that could be an option. Many women refuse to do it, but there are some natural products out there that can reduce the symptoms. Make sure she takes her calcium too. HOpe this helps.

Im 40 and going through Menopause. I began fairly early. Sounds as if your mom began late if she is just now in PERI Menopause.... Hot flashes are normal. Lowering the intake of caffeine and alcohol is more important than ppl think. Eating a well balanced diet and getting adequate sleep are all important when going through menopause.

Sounds approximately good. maximum individuals do no longer understand that the menopause takes approximately 5 years to circulate by using. you start up off with warm flushes and then your sessions start to opened up. you have each and every style of different indications besides which includes turning out to be 'emotional', drained and function aching limbs. circulate and spot your physician (sorry to be sexist yet female rfile's are much greater sypathetic) and ask for some suggestion to alleviat your indications.
