How or where can I find someone who could do and provide a comparative salary report on a specific position and industry. My husband is a Manager of Storefront Metal in a Glass company. He travels the US all the time and is not fairly compensated. He needs to be armed to ask for a raise. How can he find out what he should be making?

Have him go to www.salary.com.
You may want to have him keep in mind that the best way to ask for a raise, is to not say to his boss, "this is how much I should be making based on the industry." It is better to have him say, "I feel I deserve a wage increase based on my work performance and dedication to this company".
Employers are more likely to give a raise to someone based on the asset factor, (how valuable the employee is to the company) rather than any industry standard.
