The Colts will win! They simply have too many advantages on the offensive side of the ball. And as good as the Bears defense is at times they won't be able so cover them all.
The Colts will win 34 -17.

I live in Indianapolis, but grew up a Bears fan... I'm pulling for the Colts because this is my hometown now, and I've become a big fan in the past 3 years - but honestly if the Bears win I won't be crying over it.
