That was a fun age, but also way to much drama, heartache and bs. I'm glad I'm older now.

I have mixed feelings about it. In a way, I would like to be seventeen but then I am also happy that I'm older. I understand life a lot better now than I did back then. I'm not as vulnerable and my heart doesn't break as easy. It might be neat to be seventeen for a day or two but then right back to the old age of 31.

there is a wonderful song by a beautiful singer Janis Ian called "at seventeen" try and surf the music channels and listen you will love it for the fact of your statement. I happen to love it as well. It kind of says it all. Actually I wish it was then for me for that was a rough age but nothing like these times, and I would rather have those times than these at that age? Ages and Stages right?
What a world we live in today and what a mess. Something like a permanent chaotic syndrome without any direction? Everything is if today, if we go to war? if we go bankrupt? hey if I was seventeen again I would be cruisin in my car and listening to tunes along a highway with minimal traffic, and a smile on my face. Today it is a frown, rave driving, idiots on cell phones switching lanes at 80 miles an hour to scare the bejesus out of you. Argh! Sail on bubba.

i'm sixteen and a half, and i do not wish to ever go back to this age. people are immature; parents do not seem to understand the pressure that is on a good high school student; you are constantly judged as someone who is "up to no good" just because you're a teenager. the stereotypes are really sh*tty. I think people forget the torture that high school students have to go through. this is not to say that i think that adults have the easy life, but i just think that we are judged more as a whole. (and i know my peers- and understand that sometimes these stereotypes are correct, but not all of the time)

I wouldn't be seventeen again if you brought it to me on a silver platter. If given the choice, I'd go back to 35.

To have the strength, vigor, and freshness of youth with the wisdom of age would be perfect. As it is said "Youth is wasted on the young.'

No way. No money, no where to go. Too old to play, too young to drink (not that it actually stopped us). A horrible age to be.

Seventeen?--too young to do anything legally--NO

Twenty-one would be okay, but I'd settle for 30 or so.
