I am in charge of a retreat for my sorority sisters this weekend and I need a few good ideas for bonding/teamwork activities. Everything I find online is more for younger kids. There are 17 of us going (16 will probably participate as i will be the facilitator)They need to be between 30-60 minutes. thanks!

give everyone a disposable camera and pose a photo shoot. Have everyone pair up and switch partners every five mins or so. Everyone will get a chance to giggle with each other and loosen up any nerves

Horse back riding.
Some places have ropes/wires running overhead thru the woods, where you have to trust the others and yourself to go thru it.
Scrapbooking or other craft session.
Cooking or cleaning up together.
Sharing/talking.
