I would only reccomend that you have sex with someone you love. Love can add more depth and pleasure to the act than just flesh on felsh. Honestly, I would say that you only have sex with someone if you're going to marry that person, but don't let that person take advantage of you if you have a crush on them.
As for why is it good, I'd say that's probably an evolutionary trait. Would we want to procreate if it was painful or unpleasant? Good sex keeps the species going.
On that note, please remember, sex is designed to get you pregnent. If you don't want your partner to get you pregnant, don't have sex with them. Even with protection, it's still not safe. The pill doesn't always work, condoms break, Plan B isn't easily available, etc... If you're really desperate for sex, there are always toys or masturbation. Sex should only ever be an act of love.
(but answering your original question, I have sex all the time for fun, but just with my husband.)

are you kidding? its probly one of the healthiest things you can do. 5 minutes of vigorous sex is equal to running a mile, calorie wise. not only that, but the amount of endorphines and dopamine released into the blood stream during sex produce a feeling of such euphoria that many have claimed that it is in orgasm that "god" and "heaven" truely exist. it is among the greatest feelings known to man.
that being siad, children should never ever experiment with such things. wait until youre at least 16, 18 if you can. there are many reasons for this, the main one being that most people arent mentally or emotionally mature enough to experiance sex until the late teens.

For me, its the thought of doing something with someone new & finding out what they have (as in size) & how they are (how they use it) & just the excitement of having sex. The butterflies in my stomach, the thought of a kiss & more...
Its good b/c you burn calories, & the endorphines that course through your body are great for your skin, breathing, etc.
In Greece, they discovered mosiacs of Greek people in sexual positions & all sorts of trinkets in the shapes of a penis... sex is not wrong or bad unless youre not protected.

It is very pleasant. In addition, it's great exercise, burning lots of calories and working the cardio-vascular system.

Endorphins, baby.... gallons and gallons of endorphins. Plus, its good exercise.
Nature made it the best feeling thing, because making babies is pretty important for survival of the species.
