Doesn't this seem weird? And, why do all the characters look European? Isn't most anime produce in Japan and Korea?

Well, it's a well known fact that babies and people with baby faces are considered to be attractive to many people. Then there's also the fact that men prefer younger females.
It's not weird, it's normal.
Why do the characters look European? They were based on the classic Disney character designs.
They also looked like because there's a widely known fact but seldomly advertised, a fact that the majority of the world's animation came from a single group. The Simpsons episode "Today I am a Klown" said it all.

Some of the Anime's marketed with hopes of coming to America usually have European looking characters. Other than that in many of the Animes that stay in Japan the characters look Japanese. Since most Anime's are sold to teenagers and stuff in Japan, its not suprising the girls are teenagers.

All the weird old guys who like it that way are thinking of the time when they were young and didn’t have the nerve to approach girls, so they are reminiscing about those days, thinking how much better they could do now, now that they know the mistakes they made. They are wrong, but… hey, don’t shatter their dreams.

no, it's not weird. and i don't understand what you mean with the characters looking european. perhaps you were watching full metal alchemist, which was set in an alternate europe universe, but i always thought that demon dog/humans and pink haired ninjas were an asian thing.
