It is because your breasts are big and heavy. are you having back pain as well?

Grooves in your shoulders does NOT mean you are wearing the wrong size bra.

It sounds as though you have gotten sized, if not, go to Nordstroms or JCPenney (NOT victoria secret like someone suggested, they size totally wrong!!! speaking from experience here) and get properly sized.

Then buy bras that have wide straps to help you with the grooves.

If you have back pain and still have grooves in the shoulders you could always get a breast reduction. I had the same symptoms as you and got a reduction and I am loving life.

Most of the plus size bras have wider straps to help with this problem. I've even seen some that have gel for cushion there. Also, I'm not sure if you'd like to try this, but reduction surgery is always an option and it will make your back feel better, too. Good Luck!

HI! My mom and sister are well-endowed and they get those indentations as well. :-(
They wear these little pads that you can wrap around the straps for added cushion. I think you can find them at like JCPenney or other department stores like that.
You know, sometimes, those thicker straps just don't cut the mustard.

I would try wearing the bras with thicker straps - more even distribution of the weight. I know, they're not as pretty as the lacy VS bras, but they're a lot more comfortable!!!

Plain and simple: if you were wearing properly fitted bras, you wouldn't get strap indentations on your shoulders. Adjust the strap to be longer or get re-fitted by a professional (Victoria's Secret, Dillards)
