Dealerships do have just such insurance. However, it is in their favor to have your insurance pay for the damages and they probably would take it to court over a certain amount of money involved.

dealer...they have insurance and deductibles for this kind of situation, but since you have a license(unlike me) you should be cautious enough to prevent that from happening..to prevent it drive defensively..
