Personally I'd just like to receive acknowledgement and attention.

Aw, you know you love it cheesy!

I can't stand the boxes of nasty filled chocolates!

I don't like to go to an expensive, crowded retaurant simply because it's Valentines Day!

I don't want 50 roses that will only last a few days!

My man KNOWS what I like -- and he's never failed to give it to me!!

i don't want cologne, i don't want chocolate, in truth i don't want anything practical, i want some thing fun that i enjoy, but i wont get it,

that's why men, we do valentines day, we by the ring and the flowers, and we ask for nothing. we let the women have valentines day for them and them alone,

and on the first Friday after valentines we demand they recognize steak and b.j. day

no candy or a little stuffed animal that's just gonna sit in a closet collecting dust. the froufy stuff is only ok 'til you're about 16. Flowers are still nice, but a little over-done.

I do not want to get candy. I would rather have something that will last a long time. Even if it is a not so expensive ring.

I don't want anything, since it's a "holiday" invented by Hallmark and the gift industry. All I want is for my boyfriend to come out to visit me.
