I am a total fashion full person so I can help you
Go to like JCPenneys and get a Red Skirt and Pink Top Then Get some Red, pink,yellow, and orange fabric
take the pink shirt and take you choice if color and shape then sow it on to the shirt then take some red and do the same thing to the skirt
but the new thing are pants so maybe take pants and make a trim around the bottom with yellow then put pink and orange anywhere on the pants. You can make a purse to just look around for ideas

jeans [ make sure their tight on u ] pink shirt it may have anything that has to do w/ valentine day on it and a red sporty jacket from Nike or puma may be Adidas and sneakers or normal white red gold or pink shoes or if u wana look elegant wear a red flowing dress that u have like to your knees and some kind of high hills u decide and some jewelery

nicely its valentines day gurl! gown it up, placed on like a skirt with a lace blouse (probable purple??) and you will do ur hair like in a pant, no longer hassle-free like a pony tail yet somwthing diffrent, and residences or heels if ya want. wish thats helpd somewhat?

your favorite outfit and whatever makes you feel the prettiest. If you feel uncomfortable, it won't matter how cute the outfit is, you will feel ugly.

oooooh this is tuff umm i think you should wear a green dress with long sleeves and black leather boots and one of those hats that are round and show off your hair.a choker or a black feather bowa to show your all about it. you should look greaaaaaaat
