Fat, ugly, smelly, dirty, hairy, loud, crude, mean personality, extremely masculine (ie could pass as a man in male clothing).

I really don't care about looks, or how big they are. I mean, I want HIM to care about his weight, because usually over weight men are either lazy, or don't care about what they eat.
I also don't like guys who are nice to you when you're alone with him, but then a jerk when he's around his friends.
I like guys who are smart, guys who just care too much about looks and being cool is terrible, they never really make it through life anyway.
So basically, I like guys who are smart, kind, healthy, unique, and don't care about what other people think about him, but knows when to be quiet.
(I know you asked for turnoffs, but I thought it'd be easier to just say what I like.)

My biggest turn-off is, of course, lack of hygiene. But I also think that a man who is lazy and unwilling to compromise is also disgusting.

No direction in life
Wanting others to do what needs to be done for them
Lack of hygiene
Immature

smell (bad), no personality, doesn't smile or laugh at even the dumbest stuff they do, obesity-guys for the most part like girls that take care of themselves, a lot of guys don't like tattoos either

thier personallity. there is this rele hott guy at my school, like amazing, but hes just soo annoying and can be very mean so no one likes him. also if you cant take anything seriously, because then girls may hang out w/ you but they wont wanna go out w/ you

Bad manners, including not bathing and brushing their teeth on a regular basis,
not cleaning their clothes, and not caring about themselves.
That's it - not caring about themselves - so we tend to care less about them.
