This is the Charles Barkley syndrome. It takes more than 1 great player to win a title it takes a team. Now Barkley was as good as it got in the NBA but could not cut down the nets. You never know. I thought GP would not cut them down either. But if you mean lead their team there. Almost every superstar in the league that has not won one can be counted.
James, Anthony, Iverson, the list goes on.
I think Dirk will win one soon.

I'd have to go with either Charles Barkley or Karl Malone. Malone had 3 chances and failed. Barkley had one chance. Jordan had a little to do with both of them. Don't forget about Patrick Ewing. He had 2 chances but couldn't come through. All three of them still had great careers though.

I think AI is going to finish his career with no ring. He is yet to play on a team with people who can also play at the finals level. The only exception was when he went up against the Lakers but again nobody was prepared to play and couldnt really defend and score.
