I've heard even I didn't miss my period, I might still be pregnant so I want to make sure. When should I take my pregnancy test in this case???

Some women experience "implantation bleeding" when a fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterus. So you could have some bleeding that came earlier than you expected your period to come, and this could be a SIGN that you're pregnant.

Take a pregnancy test one day after you originally expected your period to come. That should give you a definitive answer.

5-6 weeks after your last period.. Its not probable to have a period and be pregnant. Possible, but not probable.
dont waste your money on HPTs until 1-2 weeks after a missed period. The pregnancy hormone wont be strong enough to detect.

You take a pregnancy test if your period is late, not if it's early. If you got your period, you most likely not pregnant.

If your period was regular even though it came a week early than no you could'nt be pregnant. Have you had any symtoms? Wait to see if your next period comes and if it does'nt take a test than.

This sounds a bit like wishful thinking. Wait a week and then take a test but please don't be disappointed if its negative.
