Your divorce decree settled division of marital assets. Unless you got it then, I doubt you have anything coming now.

You probably need to read over the papers because the results of a divorce can be different in each state. I think it's either Texas or California that when you divorce, you all split everything. It also depends if you get a prenupt or not.

A year after the divorce you're now wanting some stuff?
You'd better check with your divorce attorney, but since you remarried, all financial obligations (like alimony) is off.

This is why you go to divorce court to equally divide all marital assets via the judge. You should have spoken then as now is way too late to lay claim to anything, sorry

take him to court and sue his *** for whatever ur lawyer can think of. go get him
