I assume that the girls parents know and are okay with her staying over. You could ask her for ideas. She might like having some kind of input(it doesn't mean that she has total say on what happens) Safe stuff would be like making jewelry(bead necklaces, bracelets)doing each others nails(clear or soft colors for her), doing each others hair(different braids, curls whatever)Watch a lot of the disney channel and fox family channel. Have lots of food-pizza, brownies, cookies, chips, fruit punch. I went on a sleep over when I was younger and we made our own ice cream sundaes. It was so good. Whatever happens try and have fun.

Considering she might feel out of place, maybe you should have the sleepover without her, and then invite her over another night to have a sleepover without the other girls. That way you don't have to worry about doing anything that she isn't comfortable with or allowed to do.

ask the girl's parents what they might suggest you do, tell them..."i wanted to know what kinds of things would be appropriate for your daughter to do at this party, i know that she is not allowed to watch pg rated movies, do you have any suggestions of what to do or not to do, i don't want her to feel out of place there, and certainly don't want to upset her in any way." but DON"T leave her out just because she comes from a strict background...y;ou don't want to exclude the girl!

Most of the time kids who have strict parents can be just as bad as anyone else when they are away from home.

I feel for the other girl, because I used to be 'the weird kid', but then I outgrew my mom and went on with my life. (She loosened up, too when she saw her hold wasn't working.) I had good friends who invited me to their parties, and I felt a little out of place, but it also helped me to outgrow my mom's religion. I think that you should invite her. It may make her feel better, and one day, when you are depressed, maybe she will remember what you did for her and help you out of your rut.

I WOULD THINK IF YOU WENT TO THE GIRLS PARENT AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PARTY, THAT WOULD END YOUR TROUBLES RIGHT THERE. IF THEY ARE THAT STRICK THEY MOST LIKELY WONT LET HER GO AND THEN THAT MAKES THEM THE BAD GUY. ON THE OTHER HAND, IF THE PARENT SAYS IT'S OK TO GO THEN I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT SHE SEES OR HEARS OR DOES AT THE SLEEP OVER BECUZ IF HER PARENT LETS HER GO SHE DOESNT CARE EITHER.
