I'm not talking about Thundercats but there was a cartoon that I haven't been able to remeber and all I can remember is that it had cats in it. It was on around the same time as that cartoon that had the Nintendo Gameboy and other characters in it.

if you know the channel it came on you could wikipedia the channel and it should have a list of cartoons at least cartoon network, and nickelodeon do

Do you mean Topcat? They were stray alley cats - TC, Choo-choo, Bennie that hid out from the cop.
