I have been with my partner for 16 years, an we use the calender method.
I know the exact day I ovulate, and I am very regular. he simply pulls out on the high risk days.
5 days before and 2 days after.
yes, I know Pull out is a horrible form of contraception, but after 16 years it has never failed us.

My hubby works the night shift I work the day shift. We are pretty safe. But he starts back on days next week so I think the hysterectomy I had 6 years ago will be effective
