how can I put files in a memory stick using a Sony Ericsson P910 phone?

Right now i am using the PC Suite of the phone but in the file explorer only appears the internal phone memory, please help me.

PC Suite shows internal memory
But u will c a extra icon on ur my computer in removable storage as an extra drive of removable storage near ur cd rom drive letter on the my computer screen
into that u can transfer all data's u wish to transfer on to the phone
but applications are necessarily to be on phone for working in mmc card u can only keep datas and softwares but installation all on phone's inbuilt memory
