because of the fact the conflict in Iraq, Afghanistan and finally Iran is approximately oil. there's a protracted historic past of u.s. and large Britain's desire to regulate the extensive crude oil deposits below the Caspian Sea. It began some time past after WWI. the reason it never got here to fruition grew to become into because of the formation of the Soviet Union which had administration in that area of the international. With the fall down of that empire in the 1990's, u.s. and large Britain have been able to end their unique schedule of controlling that extensive oil furnish. that's why the 1st Gulf conflict began even after Ambassador Madeline Albright addressed the United countries and mentioned "the U. S. does no longer interfere in Arab as against Arab Affairs" after Saddam Hussein tried to re-annex Kuwait to Iraq. To make a very long tale short, the U. S. & large Britain attempt to construct a pipeline which will feed oil from the Caspian Sea to provider East Asia's a million.6 billion ability customers (by using 2010) The Pipeline will could be controlled by using Western friendly governments in the countries we are at the instant at odds with. GW Bush, from a family contributors of massive Oil friendly politicians, is passing this schedule directly to the subsequent GOP candidate. Oh and BTW, so will the Democratic Candidate. that's no longer a mandate of the human beings, that's the schedule of yank "pastimes", international develop.

Actually, both ideas can exist in the same head. I file it in my brain under "Americans should stop dying." Last time I checked, New Orleans has been a part of this nation for a couple of hundred years, the Louisiana Purchase going through and all.

My counter question to you is: Why is it better to spend billions of tax dollars killing Iraqis as opposed to helping Americans?

Uh oh. Since your attacking liberals you have to say what liberals said these things, sight websites and include links. Also you need WAV files and jpegs. Apprently a liberal will only believe, without supporting documents, things said by other liberals. Like Al Gore. Just a heads up friend.

Don't blame the liberals for saying Iraqis should "fend for themselves". I say we got them into this mess and we have to help them out. You're just too closed-minded to see anything between "throw all the rocks we have at the problem" or "run away"

Perhaps we feel differently about how we spend life and money on our own country. Scary the bigoted people we have in this country.

Wrong analogy,as usual.

CONSERVATIVES want Iraq to be self-sufficient.
Duh!

Not all liberals support a "nany state"> Conservatives sure as hell don on social issues!
