Probably. It makes sense, since the female spouse of the President is called the First Lady, for the male spouse of the President to be called the First Gentleman, purely because, in contexts where "lady" is used, "gentleman" is often the male counterpart.

tecnicaly because he was a president he will still be mr. president, because all presidents that have left office are still called mr. president. so he should still be called mr. president. but if he wasn't then it would probably be the first gentleman,
