Overall it would be the Emperor.
Kings nowadays do almost nothing and have a prime minister which does everything. but for some centuries before they were powerful like the Emperor.
President has also some power but he\she has to talk to the congress first and has to explain his acts.

If you are talking about pure honor and prestige, then any monarch will automatically outrank an elected leader. And out of monarchs, an emperor has always been the supreme position. Emperors are sometimes even referred to as the "King of Kings".

But if you want to know which is more powerful, then it would probably be a President. Most countries these days with emperors and kings on the throne are "constitutional monarchies", which means that the monarch is completely powerless and merely ceremonial. A president, on the other hand, has a fair amount of power at his disposal.

An EMPEROR "rules" other KINGS! An emperor has Kings UNDER HIM! So, it goes

1- Emperor
2- Kings
3- President

President and King CAN be put equal, but shouldn't be, since President is a job for 4 years and King is a job for life.

a president is elected by the people so there is a certain amount on limitation there and with a president there are other people who are your equals in the government. a king and emperor are really the same thing. (if your talking about an absolute monarchy) they both hold absolute power over people and can sentence you to death or give you a pardon if they wish. emperor just sounds more powerful

It depends on what country you're talking about. In the US the President has the highest rank. In Japan the Prime Minister is highest, but they still have an Emperor and he is more respected by the people even though he doesn't rule the country or influence policy.

Each country looks at this differently.

Who is Higher it depends on what your morals are.
If you value freedom ,if you beleive that all humans are created equal then the President is the highest.
Then King then Emperor . I your a elitist racist meglomaniac then it would be the other way around. It all depends on who you ask.
