I am playing Secret Cupid to MY BOSS at work. She's in her mid-40's (me, mid-30's) and I thought about giving her a good DVD. I thought about "The Notebook" or a classic like "Dirty Dancing". What would you suggest?

How about:

Sweet Home Alabama
How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days
Love Actually (i know it's christmasy, but it's still so cute)
The Wedding Planner and Maid in Manhattan (cute JLO movies)

Some Classics:
An officer and a Gentleman
When Harry Met Sally
Sleepless in Seatle

And if you're feeling really cute and cheesy, try some of the classic Disney movies:
Beaty and the Beast
Little Mermaid
Lady and the Tramp.

Love movies are the best : )

I recommend the French movie Amelie. It's funny, charming, and it has a love story ending. It's subtitled and very beautiful to look at.

Ghost!

I saw it last weekend and it made me cry. It was like the 20th time I've seen it and it gets me every time.
