Since watching Mutiny on the Bounty I have always wondered what it would be like to be flogged

Buy yourself a "gas-guzzling 4x4" - you will be flogged as soon as you buy your road tax and at the petrol stations whenever you fill it up, drive into London and you will be flogged by Ken Livingstone with his so called 'congestion charge', park it in Richmond or some other places with Labour councils and they will flog you, drive at a couple of mph over any limit past a Gatso camera and you will be flogged by the police, keep it a couple of months and wait for road charging - you will be flogged anywhere you want to drive it. Finally, try to flog your car and you will be flogged again since no other person will pay the real asking price because they are afraid they will be flogged all over the place the same way you have been!

I'm not sure but maybe your local Police force could oblige. They seem to enjoy that sort of thing.
