The description of yourself sound like a girls I work with and she wears lavender cream eye shadow just up to the brow bone and I think she swipes just a little under her lower lid and it looks so pretty. I have gone out with her to clubs and on those nnights I think she wore a little gold or light brown in the crease of her eyelid to compliment the blue in her eyes. She never wears eyeliner but does wear mascara

Decide ahead if you want to use one, two, or three different eyeshadow colors at once. The colors should get progressively lighter as they are stacked above your eyes.

Choose a primary color (the color you want to stand out the most) and use short strokes to cover your whole eyelid. Apply just enough pressure to lay the color down without caking it onto your lids. Be especially careful not get too close to the crease or your eyebrows.

Sparingly apply a lighter eyeshadow color above your primary color and below your eyebrow. You should be able to cover the entire area in one sweep.

To give your eyes a "smoky" look, choose a dark blue, gray, or black eyeshadow and brush it around the outer corners of your eyes and blend it into your primary eyeliner. Don't stray further than a quarter inch away from your eyes.

Shades of pink, salmon, mauve, and brownish-pink, Shades of brown, camel, and taupe will help make your eyes stand out even more than the directions i mentioned above.

I have bright blue eyes, pale skin and blonde hair as well.

I wear a medium brown eye shadow. It makes blue and green eyes really stand out.

I use Maybeline very black mascara - and 2 coats only on the top lashes.

Use black eyeline on the inside of your bottom eyelids - or a very thin line underneath if you can't wear it on the inside. Don;t wear mascara on your botton eyelashes - it will make your eye make up look really heavy!

To make your eyes look bigger, use a white eyeliner on your bottom eyelids.

Blondes need to be careful about using eyeliner on the top eyelids - it can make us look slutty if you have pale skin. So I use just a little on the outside edges, and go past the eye for a cats eye look. Brown eyeliner for a neutral day look, or very black for a sizzling night look.

Make sure your lips look pale - just a neutral brown or pink gloss will make your eye makeup look less heavy.

Keep looking at magazines for some makeup ideas on other blondes.

Hope this helps you!

My hair and eyes are kind of like yours, so i guess i can help. I suggest using a light pink color eyeshadow from your lash line to your brow bone and then a darker pink from your lash line to your crease. Finally, use a really dark pink in your crease. Then use a black mascara and brown eyeliner. To compliment your eyes, use a tinted lip gloss and a warm peach blush. Also try pulling your hair back away from your face in a ponytail, side ponytail, or messy bun to bring more attention toward it.

I used to also play around with different things for my eyes to make them stand out, and then found that when I just wear mascara without anything else, my eyes stand out the most because they're not getting lost in all that make up. And all of us have such different shaped eyes that people will notice that more than if you try to cover it up with lots of shadow and eye liner. :)

A matt eye-shadow in a mild bronze shade could make the greenness of your eyes stand out. attempt to stay away from real brown hues as they could make some people look drained and drawn. Use eyelash curlers earlier making use of your mascara - this is worth experimenting with hues of colored mascara somewhat than according to that previous primary stand-by potential of, black! we are all to blame of it, yet diverse colorations may well be somewhat flattering on diverse people! you may desire to be somewhat diffused with using eyeliner. till you have large eyes, being heavy surpassed can somewhat make eyes look smaller somewhat than bigger. while you're enjoying up your eyes, positioned on the main organic (or perhaps impartial) hues of lip shade and blush which you will. in case you look at photos of celebrities wearing formidable eye AND lip colur, neither eyes or lips stand out as much as though in basic terms one function is accentuated. green eyes are very eye-catching, so which you have a head initiate at something persons interior the sweetness stakes, you fortunate ingredient!

Go to Macy's and then go to the MAC counter and ask for a makeover, if you have enough money. They specialize in makeup and they went to makeup school and have alot of clients everyday. So they would know what colors look great on you, and how to bring out your eyes. They also ask you questions about like what you like to wear (makeup) and what look you want to achieve, ect. Its really worth it, there makeup is great.

Well you should try using a lovely shade of violet to really bring the green out and make your eyes pop. Then you should curl your eyelashes and apply two coats of mascara to open up your eye and really make them stand out!
