Ok, so i finished my period on monday. Today during gym, i started to feel my period again and boom, there it was. It stopped kinda sorta shortly but today is thursday. Is this normal and what could have caused this?

Sometimes that happens. It is completely normal. Your body is getting used to it. If you are concerned, on your next period, wear a pantyliner for an extra day just to make sure. The exercise you were doing could have helped it come more.

Unless you think you're pregnant or are on the Pill, this is totally normal, especially if you've only had your period for a couple of years. Some women always will have irregular periods. I had crazy irregular periods up until I started the Pill (Almost 10 years!). I never knew when my periods were going to start or end. If you're really worried about it, ask your family doctor or ob/gyn.

when did you start your period when girls first start there always irregular has it happened before? If it has you may need to talk to a GP. If you've been under alot of stress or have changed something in your life it could have disurbed your menstrual cycle.

periods aren't always regular for the first period to the 2nd year!! it's okay. It's just your body ggetting rid of some other tissues

This is normal.It also depends on how much activity you do too during your periods.
