Trying to remember the name of a film where a guy somehow crashes his car and is left paralysed by the roadside. Think it was based in some South american country because he is presumed dead and taken for an autopsy. Just as they are about to open him up one of the doctors notices that he is crying. However the other doctor notices that there is a drip from the ceiling and assumes that this is where the water as come from. That's al i remember about this film but i can remember watching it and finding it as upsetting as that metallica video for "One".

Clark presented reasonable arguments both in favor of and opposing euthanasia and to what extent government should be allowed to interfere in the life of a private citizen.
