Term limit amendment - US Constitution, Amendment XXII, Section 1 – ratified February 27, 1951

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

Constitutionally you have to be 35, a citizen born in the US, and have resided in the US for 14 years.

You have to be at least 35, born on U.S. soil( that's why Arnold can't be president), and have lived in the U.S. for at least 14 years. I think the last part takes effect if your parents move out of the country and move back later.
