Is there any way to speed up torrent downloads? I have my Max D/L rate set to unlimited, and I always pick files that have the most seeders. Is there a program or something else I can do to speed things up?

Sometimes if you have the max upload speed set too low you won't get a very high download speed. You could also have too many things downloading at once or you're doing other stuff online at the same time. Your NAT could also be firewalled or something, make sure that you're port forwarded on your modem (portforward.com).

I am by no means an expert, but I think your download speed depends on the speed of the folks seeding.
Also, you might want to try a different torrent program. I use UTorrent and I think its faster then Azureus.

well speed optimizer 2.0 usally increase downloding rate i dont know if this works on torrents & u could try decreasing upload slots and and decreasing upload value to 1.
