All I hear from black people is "you guys" "you people" or "all white people". Why can't they see us and individuals instead of a giant group, as if we all act, think, and do the same things? We come from all corners of the Earth and have so different points of view and experiences. Get to know us before you judge us!

The same can be said about white people. All I hear is about the 8% of the black population that are gang bangers and murderers. I do not judge people at all. I think most black people do judge "you guys" seperately. But we are very vocal people, if you walk like a duck and quack like a duck then....

Just from what I've seen on here white people generalize black about 25 to 1 on here, like this question.
Just look on the Society and Culture section you can not go more than 2 pages without seeing someone generalizing blacks.

fairly everybody generalize. Its human nature. however the element isn't enable that be your employing rigidity. attempt thinking heavily. additionally if your persons and kin settle for you as white then which could be all that concerns.

Probably the same reason that anyone generalizes: ignorance. The "you guys" and "you people" rants have been said by people of all races for a very long time now.

Honey, we all generalize each other. Its because we don't mix and only get ideas from stupid sitcoms and glorified news programms.
Yes whites hate blacks, yes blacks murder, yes Mexicans come illegally, yes Germans hate Turks...doesn't apply to them all!!!!!
