NO ITS ABSOLUTLY FREE.
I KNOW THIS BEACAUSE I HAD MY CELL PHONE DISCONECTED AND I COULD STILL SEND AND RECIEVE STUFF VIA BLUETOOTH.

Not that I'm aware of. Bluetooth is very short range communications ( approx 35 feet ). I'm assuming you are sharing files via bluetooth with another cell phone or computer.

No. Bluetooth is a personal area connection that has nothing to do with the phone service. it is all equipment capability

yea im undecided how 2 do dat yet i kno how u can deliver a percentor sound from one cellular 2 anotha by bluetooth.>>>ok if u desire 2 deliver it to ur fone u pass to ur menu n den bluetooth connection n then u click locate me n den on da otha fone u pass 2 da ringtone or percentn u placed reproduction den locate deviced n den its goin 2 locate ur fone den u elect ur fone in da otha fone n den u hav 2 wait till da ringtone or percentis copied den u shop it in ur fone.
